Guangdong Hongkai New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a company with more than 30 years of pigment R&D experience, specializing in the R&D, manufacture, sales and technical services of environmental pre-dispersed pigment. The marketing R&D headquarters is located in Shunde, Guangdong, which is the hometown of Chinese coatings, and the production base is located in Jiangmen,Guangdong . At present, our company has products of various systems, such as solvent based, waterbased, alcohol soluble, CAB, acrylic, powder coating, plastics etc. Our products are environmentally friendly,Non dusty and well dispersed, and have been used by many customers. Lets cooperate each other closely to create a wonderful future together.
The intense competition in the paint and ink industries force the factories face many pressures such as environmental protection, safety, production, cost, power shortage, difficulty in recruitment and management. Generally Paints and inks are tinted by liquid colorant,but traditional colorant faces the big difficulties to meet the development of modern coatings and inks. If these factories produce the colorant by themselves, a lot equipments, workshops and workers are needed, also huge time and energy consuming. Due to the existence of many unstable factors in raw materials and production technology, the quality of final colorant will be unstable (such as color-tone, color concentration, dispersity, etc.).Some paint and ink manufacturers choose to purchase liquid colorant from other suppliers. However, traditional liquid colorant has many disadvantages such as unstable storage, uneasy transportation, non-environmentally friendly, easily agglomerated and gelled which affects its customers regular manufacturing.. Therefore, there is growing demand for new environmental-friendly pre-dispersed Pigment chips.
Guangdong Hongkai New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is the pioneer in easy disperse environmental-friendly pre-dispersed Pigment chips. Hongkai is deeply invested and working tensely with domestic and foreign experts for research and development. Although there is no existed industrial standards of equipment and technology, Hongkai still developed its own formulation, techniques and working procedure for easy disperse of pre-dispersed Pigment chips for solvent based, water based, alcohol based systems and even powder coatings. Hongkai Pigment chips are with high color saturation, high gloss, excellent stability, it overcomes the traditional colorant defects on manufacturing, transpiration, storage and using ,etc.

In September 2021, the factory passed the environmental protection acceptance.
